Is a typed signature legally binding?
For most business agreements, yes. Typed e-signatures are accepted in many countries, including under the US ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS rules. We keep the name, the time and the exact proposal they agreed to, and both sides get a signed PDF, so you can show what was signed. A few documents, like wills, still need ink. This is general information, not legal advice.
What does it cost?
The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. You start with 14 days of Pro, then keep up to 3 open quotes at a time for free. Pro is $19 a month billed yearly, or $24 month to month. Prices are in US dollars.
Who owns my quotes and client details?
You do. Download all your quotes, clients and signing records as a data file whenever you like, and every signed quote comes as a PDF. If you close your account, it is deleted. The code is open source, so anyone can check how your data is handled.
Does it handle tax and other currencies?
Yes. Set your tax rate once and it is added to each quote. Any rate works, and each proposal can use its own currency. You can change or remove the tax on any quote.
Does my client need an account or an app?
No. They open the link you text or email, pick any options you allowed, type their name and tap Accept. It works in any phone browser.
