- The hash is a fingerprint of the exact proposal text and prices at the moment of acceptance. Change one word later and it no longer matches.
- Name, time, IP address and the consent sentence they agreed to are stored once and never edited.
- Both sides can download the record, and the accepted proposal stays online at the same link.
- Electronic signatures of this kind are recognised in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
